# Phase 2: Growth and Enhancement (Q1 2025 - Q2 2025)

Building on the foundation established in Phase 1, the Growth and Enhancement phase focuses on expanding the DeCores network, implementing advanced features, and driving user adoption. This phase is critical for establishing DeCores as a leading player in the decentralized cloud computing space.

### Key Objectives

1. **Network Expansion**
   * Significantly increase the number of providers across diverse geographical locations.
   * Implement incentive programs to attract and retain high-quality providers.
   * Expand the variety of available computing resources (e.g., specialized GPUs, FPGAs, and resources optimized for AI agents).
2. **Advanced Resource Matching Algorithms**
   * Develop and implement AI-driven predictive resource allocation, incorporating AI agent capabilities.
   * Introduce multi-factor optimization for cost and performance.
   * Implement machine learning models for workload prediction and resource management, including for multi-agent systems.
3. **Token Launch and Staking Mechanisms**
   * Execute the DCR token generation event (TGE).
   * Implement staking mechanisms for providers and token holders.
   * Launch initial staking rewards program.
4. **Enhanced User Interfaces**
   * Redesign and optimize the consumer and provider dashboards, including dedicated sections for AI agent management and MCP service browsing.
   * Implement advanced analytics and reporting features.
   * Develop mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
5. **Developer Ecosystem Growth**
   * Release comprehensive SDKs for multiple programming languages, including AI agent development kits and MCP integration libraries.
   * Launch a developer portal with extensive documentation and tutorials for building AI agents and MCP tools.
   * Implement a sandbox environment for testing and development of decentralized AI applications.
6. **Security Enhancements**
   * Conduct thorough third-party security audits.
   * Implement advanced encryption and privacy-preserving computation techniques, with a focus on secure AI agent execution.
   * Enhance DDoS protection and fault tolerance mechanisms.
7. **Governance Implementation**
   * Launch the DeCores DAO with initial voting mechanisms.
   * Implement on-chain governance for key platform parameters, including those related to AI agent standards and MCP.
   * Establish a community-driven proposal system.
8. **Performance Optimization**
   * Implement advanced load balancing and auto-scaling features, particularly for dynamic AI agent workloads.
   * Optimize data transfer protocols for reduced latency.
   * Enhance the distributed computing framework for improved efficiency.
9. **Marketplace Development**
   * Launch an initial version of the DeCores marketplace, including listings for AI models, datasets, and AI agent services.
   * Implement basic trading features for compute resources and AI assets.
   * Develop a rating and review system for providers, AI agents, and service creators.
10. **Compliance and Legal Framework**
    * Obtain necessary licenses and certifications in key markets.
    * Implement KYC/AML procedures for regulatory compliance.
    * Establish legal frameworks for cross-border resource sharing, considering the legal implications of autonomous AI agents.

* Q1 2025:
  * DCR token launch and listing on major exchanges
  * Release of enhanced user interfaces and mobile apps
  * Implementation of advanced resource matching algorithms
* Q2 2025:
  * Launch of the DeCores DAO and governance platform
  * Release of comprehensive developer tools and sandbox
  * Deployment of the initial DeCores marketplace

### Success Metrics

* Achieve a network of 10,000+ active providers across 50+ countries
* Reach 100,000 registered users (both providers and consumers)
* Process over 1 million compute hours through the platform
* Attain a Total Value Locked (TVL) of $50 million in staked DCR tokens
* Onboard 100+ projects/applications built on the DeCores platform
